Brian Farrell has been a successful real estate sales professional since 1988. Originally from New Jersey, Brian graduated from Northfield Mount Hermon School and the world-renowned Indiana University School of Music. Prior to entering real estate, he worked in the entertainment industry as a performer and writer in both New York and Los Angeles. Widely respected by his clients and colleagues alike, Brian has built an impressive roster of repeat and referral clients, as well as a powerful network of cooperating brokers throughout New York City, Los Angeles, and Massachusetts. He’s known for his professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and personable service. In addition, as a consistent homeowner since 1978, he fully understands the financial and emotional investment of property ownership. Brian fell in love with the Berkshires while spending summers visiting Great Barrington, and ultimately purchased a home here and joined Stone House Properties. Thanks to the proximity of Manhattan, he continues his affiliation there with Brown Harris Stevens, uniquely qualifying him to assist New Yorkers in selling there and buying here, and vice-versa. In addition to his full-time commitment to real estate, Brian sings with the choral group Crescendo and is an avid theatergoer, cautious skier, and passionate tennis fan.
