I made the insane decision to move to a rural town. I couldn't even locate on a map and buy a house from 1840 and its adjoining business. Elisha was my guardian angel and fairy godmother during the process. We met Elisha while she was conducting an open house in NY. My husband and I immediately fell in love with her. She is personable, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. When we approached Elisha, as first-time home buyers, we had many things on our wish list; At least 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms, a garage, accessory building/studio space, and at least 5 acres of land in a rural setting. And move-in ready with little to no work needed. A tall order for our price point. There wasn't a property she showed us that wasn't a "fit".
