- Before a showing, buyers must fill out a COVID-19 related questionnaire.
- As required by executive order in Massachusetts and New York, Stone House listing agents wear masks and practice social distancing.
- As required by executive order in Massachusetts and New York, buyers wear masks when viewing homes when social distancing is not possible. Under both orders, this applies to both indoor and outdoor spaces. Exceptions include children under the age of 2 and those unable to wear a mask or face covering due to a medical condition.
- Stone House listing agents supply masks, gloves, booties, and disinfecting supplies at each showing.
- All lights are turned on and all doors are opening in advance of a showing.
- Listing agents show homes to individual prospective buyers by appointment.
- Our agents are making increased use of FaceTime showings, video walkthroughs, and virtual tours.
