Welcome to Otis

The small South Berkshire town of Otis took its name from one of Boston's most prominent citizens, Harrison Gray Otis, who was a major figure in the Federalists, America's first political party. Founded in 1773 and reincorporated in 1802, Otis is a largely residential and rural town studded with several lakes and the Otis Reservoir. Interstate 90 sits north of town, making Otis an easy reach from Exit 3 in Westfield.
